Green Festival®, America’s largest and longest-running sustainability and green living event, returns to the Los Angeles Convention Center September 16-18. “The Green Festival Expo continues to gain momentum in Los Angeles as new and exciting speakers and celebrities will join an array of brands, partners, and speakers to feature the latest in sustainability across the country,” said Dr. Corinna Basler, president of Green Festivals, Inc. “We are excited to expand the plant-based offerings at this year’s show and provide even more food options that are healthy for our attendees and that help to combat climate change,” she added.

Attendees at the Green Festival Expo can explore everything they need to live a healthier, more sustainable life, from the latest technology to the newest trends in plant-based diets, all-natural products to chemical-free household supplies and a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian, non-GMO, organic and artisanal food and beverages. The modern world tells us that our lives and families are fragmented, disconnected and even meaningless in a vast, heartless cosmos…but THE SMALLEST VESSEL teaches us a very different story-that we are an expression of an unfathomable Mystery.  THE SMALLEST VESSEL shows that our human family is deeply connected with The Web of Life, which in turn is connected with Mother Earth, our Solar System, our Galaxy and our Universe…at the very least.  Join us on this journey of cosmic connection, as we find our true place in the Mystery of the Universe. Let’s discover how we are all part of the Great Infinite-The Holy Universe.

David_ChristopherDAVID CHRISTOPHER left behind corporate and airline careers to pursue his passion for exploring our place in the Universe. For the past fifteen years he has immersed himself in the works of scientists, theologians, and thinkers to create a new story that might help guide humanity through our turbulent times. The dialogues within his award-winning book, The Holy Universe, are an outgrowth of this study as well as his work with the Pachamama Alliance’s “Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream” Symposium. He wrote this book in part for people like him who call themselves “spiritual but not religious,” who are trying to make sense of the destructiveness of our modern culture, and who seek a meaningful path through the global crises we collectively face.
