Barbara
Bullard, MA
An innovative researcher, award-winning teacher, and an inspiring author
and speaker, Barbara Bullard was Professor of Speech Communications
at Orange Coast College for more than 40 years. In 2000 and 2001 Barbara
was a Master Presenter at the NISOD Conference speaking on ‘Music
and METAMUSIC in the Classroom.’ She was selected for Who’s
Who Among America’s Teachers in 2002-2008, and has been a professional
member of The Monroe Institute since 1989. Barbara has co-authored a

Stephanie Entin, MS, RD.
A Registered Dietitian, Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Birth Doula
and proud mom, Stephanie Entin has a Master’s of Science degree
in Nutrition and Food Management and has been a dietitian for over ten
years. Stephanie has experience working in hospitals and clinics, private
counseling, health clubs and as a contributing editor for numerous publications.
Trained by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa in yoga, she has been teaching for five
years in hospital settings and yoga studios. Becoming a doula transformed

Fatayerji, MS., PhD.
Dr. Diana Fatayerji is a Clinical Nutritionist specializing in natural
treatment programs for a wide range of health issues. She has a thriving
nutrition practice in San Diego where she educates her clients about
