Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with anything you purchase from Inspired Parenting’s online store, we’re here to help.

Returns of Products

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and returned in its original package in the same condition that you received it, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Subscription cancellations

If you wish to cancel a subscription package before its expiration date, we will refund the balance of your subscription on a pro rata basis, less any refund charges levied by our merchant services provider or PayPal.

Refunds for products

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Original costs of shipping your product to you are non­refundable.
